We are right behind the Merrill Hotel which can be a great amenity for your overnight guests. Additionally, your guests can opt to visit the various pubs and restaurants before and/or after your event. You will definitely appreciate the eclectic atmosphere of our historic downtown district. 

SCENIC VIEWS OF THE RIVER AND HISTORIC DOWNTOWN

Your guests will certainly appreciate our huge floor to ceiling windows that span the southeast wall of our ballroom.  Our second floor location provides a great perspective of the downtown night life, and of course the Mighty Mississippi River.

AFFORDABLE/FLEXIBLE RENTAL OPTIONS

We offer daily and hourly rental options that can be customized to fit any budget.  There are many packages and discounts available, so don’t hesitate to dream big at the River’s Edge.

RIVER’S EDGE ARCADE & FAMILY FUN CENTER

Coming soon… an arcade and overflow area that your guests were surely enjoy. Whether they are playing the wide variety of arcade games, or simply spreading out a bit between programmed portions of your event, this space provides a unique way for your guests to enjoy each other’s company.

A CATERING AND PREP KITCHEN IS INCLUDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

We have a designated area that includes a sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, prep tables, utensils, and even a Kegerator. You can bring in your own food, or offer this space for your catering service provider. Food can be served from the kitchen or in the adjoining spaces.

PLenty of space to work with

You will have access to 8,000 square feet of space that includes a 3500 square foot ballroom area that can accommodate around 200 dinner guests and/or 300 reception guests.

EXTRA LOUNGE AREAS AND SEATING FOR GUEST OVERFLOW

We have several unique lounges included with your rental. These include the Friendship, Pearlview, and Garden lounges. These can simply be used as extra space for your guests to spread out, or for specific purposes such as a “green room” for the guests of honor, karoake, family space, gaming, VIP rooms, backstage areas, and more.

ADDITIONAL STAGING AREA & VIP ROOMS

Our 3500 square foot ballroom is sure to fit most of your event needs. However, you will have access to virtually the entire second floor (10,000 square feet) and portions of the first level. As part of this extra space, you can elect to use our ‘blue room” for event storage, staging, or even a prep room for the bride or entertainment. We also have a first floor VIP lounge.
